Executive and Leadership Coach
Prabha Sathyanarayanan is the founder of EGyana, The Professional Coaching Academy for leadership and personal excellence. She is an executive coach/leadership coach who has completed her Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) from the world’s foremost and leading coach training bodies, CTI, The Coaches Institute, San Francisco. Prabha works mainly with executives and educators for personal leadership development and emotional intelligence. Her approach is value based and she uses the Co Active coaching model as offered by CTI. She is also an accredited practitioner of MBTI Step I and Step II. She brings to the table over 10 years of corporate experience as a CRM product specialist in the United States and in Australia. Her personal mission is to bring out powerful personal leadership expressions in people and organizations that is resonant with their values.
As a leadership coach, she aims to inculcate self reflective learning through her interactive coaching sessions that fosters self inquiry and personal discovery. Her executive coaching interventions is derived from the philosophy

Coaching intervention with Prabha Sathyanarayanan primarily will focus on evolving and manifesting potential for the executives and educators, encouraging a process of inquiry in order to build personal mastery, self awareness, and responsibility and provide structure, support and feedback that integrate client’s intellect and emotions.
Prabha is currently undertaking a Montessori training to fulfill her ambitions of integrating coaching pedagogy for early childhood development. Her goal is to become certified as an internationally certified coach by the end of 2009. She is a member of the International Coach Federation. Prabha lives in Chennai and offers her private coaching sessions internationally over phone or VOIP.
